Acceptance Of Terms

Welcome to Pink Matter. You can view the current version of the terms and conditions at any time by clicking on ‘Terms and conditions’. When you use any of our services, you are subject to the policies, terms, and conditions applicable to that service. For each order you make on Pink Matter, we presume that you agree to all the terms and conditions listed here.
The terms and conditions may be amended. We reserve the right to change any of the information on Pink Matter and these terms and conditions at any time.

Registration On Pink Matter

Register with us and you'll be able to enjoy the following benefits:

Pink Matter respects the personal privacy of its clients. All personal information which shall be disclosed to Pink Matter by its clients shall be treated strictly in accordance with the relevant regulations. Your personal information are for Pink Matter’s exclusive use only.

Please note that upon completing the registration process for using our services, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login details. In addition, you agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or account login or any other breach of security.

Making A Purchase

Shopping at PINK MATTER is easy and safe：

• Use the CLOTHING, SHOES and ACCESSORIES links. You can also shop directly by BRANDS or search directly for products by entering keywords.
• Once you have found an item, choose your size and quantity then click on the 'ADD TO BAG' button on the product page.
• Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the 'SHOPPING BAG' link at the top of the page. Click on 'VIEW BAG'

Shipping Methods

At Pink Matter, we're dedicated to delivering your purchase as quickly and affordably as possible. We offer a range of delivery and pickup options, so you can choose the shipping method that best meets your needs.

• We offer FREE global shipping on all orders over $100 US Dollars!
• Orders under $100 USD：
  
  • International Standard Shipment：$10 (5-12 days)
  • International Express Shipment：$20 (2-7 days)
  • Shipments Within Taiwan：$3 (2-7 days)

For orders under $100 USD, we in fact only charge very basic shipping fee (under estimated shipping cost). It's a gesture to thank you for shopping on Pink Matter!

*Upon arrival to the destination country, international orders may be subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country customs department. The recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over such charges and cannot predict what they may be

Payment Option

Credit Card

You can pay using a Visa，Master，JCB or Union credit card issued from anywhere in the world.
Once you click ‘CONFIRM ORDER’，you will be directed to online paying webpage for secure payment.
Online payments are encrypted and securely processed. Once payment is verified，you will be redirected back to Pink Matter.
You can track your orders by going to “MEMBER CENTER > ORDER TRACKING”.

There will be three credit card pages for you to choose from:

• US Dollars/ VIsa，Master，JCB page:
  Accepts only Visa，Master，JCB cards issued outside of Taiwan
  Customer will be charged in US dollars.
• NT Dollars/ Visa，Master，JCB page:
  Accepts all Visa，Master，JCB cards.
• NT Dollars/ Union Credit Card page:
  Accepts only Union credit cards，not debit cards.
  Customer will be charged in NT dollars.
  ( A Union card with Visa，Master，JCB logos on it can choose any of the three pages above )

Paypal

Only available for PayPal members registered outside Taiwan. Once you choose to ‘Checkout with PayPal’, you will be directed to PayPal's webpage for secure payment.
Once payment is verified, you will be redirected back to Pink Matter. You can track your orders by going to “MEMBER CENTER > ORDER TRACKING”.
(PayPal members registered in Taiwan can no longer make online payment to Taiwanese online stores according to the 2017 new law.)

Bank Transfer

You can transfer to Pink Matter account using the Internet Banking, ATM or Bank Counter. Once we receive your payment, we will arrange shipment right away. (Please make payment within 5 days after you place your order.)

Returns And Exchanges

We will try to make the process as easy and fast for you as possible!

First, email us to inform us your order number and that you would like to make a return/exchange. (Within 14 days of your receipt of ordered merchandise) For exchange items, please indicate us your desired model/size first. We will put this item on hold so it does not sell out while we await your package.

Second, after receiving our confirmation email, send back your items to this mailing address:

Then, your part is done! You can just sit back and wait for your refund or exchange items. We will take care of it as fast as we can! But please note the below:

• All products must be returned in their original condition (must not be worn, altered, or washed) and must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
• Final Sale items may not be returned.
• If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will attempt to assist with repairs or obtaining replacement as soon as possible.

Tracking Orders

Once you complete placing an order, a summary of your order will be sent by email, which contains the names of the products, the quantity, price, and shipping details. We will also send you your order tracking number. You can track your order by emailing us, calling us, or logging into your Pink Matter account.

For any questions about products, the customer may contact our customer service by email, phone.., or you can simply write us a message on Pink Matter’s “CONTACT US” page.

Errors

Unless it is caused by us intentionally or due to negligence on our part, Pink Matter is not liable for any damage caused by your use of our services, which may be caused by interruptions or breakdowns of your electronic devices.

But accidents do happen, in the case of a product being incorrectly listed or priced due to typographical error or other mistake, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that may have been placed. But if you have been charged for this erroneous purchase, we will arrange a full refund as soon as possible.

Protection Of Intellectual Property Right

Contents including but not limited to all graphics, images, illustrations, multimedia and logos on Pink Matter website belong to Pink Matter. Without Pink Matter’s prior consent, you are strictly prohibited to use any of Pink Matter’s photos, trademarks or logos.

Pink Matter also respects intellectual property of others. Please contact Pink Matter as soon as possible if you believe Pink Matter constitutes an infringement of your copyrights.
